I have had the pleasure of working with Charlene twice. Charlene has always listened to our needs and only selected homes that fit the care level appropriate. Her responsiveness to our situation has been greatly appreciated. She genuinely cares about lifelong placement and the happiness of her clients. I can rest easy knowing that my mom is in a place that cares for her so well. We could not have done it without Charlene’s help and support. — Tina Bossen

My mother was diagnosed with dementia from the onset of Alzheimer’s. I was given the task to help her. I didn’t know what to do at first. I needed to find her a safe home. That’s when I was given Charlene Sargent’s name. She was such an instrumental help to me with finding my mother a new home. She had taken me to some group homes that she thought would be good places for my mother. On the third home I thought, wow, we found a perfect place. To this day, my mother is very happy in this home.
I couldn’t have done it without the help of Charlene. Even now I still can count on her for help with the little things that pop-up with my mother. Charlene is amazing! —Terry Gardner
